You already know this because you train with us (or have in the past)… but I still love reminding everyone:

Not all trainers are built the same—especially when it comes to bodies in their 60s, 70s, 80s, and beyond.

A few months ago, one of our wonderful LiveWell members told me her sister had just quit a gym program. “She joined a big chain gym,” she said. “The young trainer had her doing jumps and heavy weights like the 30-year-olds. Now her knees swell every night and she’s scared to try again.”

I hear that story far too often.
