Andrew believes this very quote is something he helps the LiveWell members live by. He intends on helping them improve their health which certainly allows for a greater quality of life.

Outside of work Andrew can be found with family and friends, tending to yardwork or in the gym exercising himself. He enjoys listening to podcasts in his free time or throughout the day including How I Built This and Wisdom from the Top with Guy Raz, as well as Barbell Medicine.

Andrew is responsible for the continued growth and development at LiveWell Health. As an organization with its sights set on expansion in order to alter the healthcare landscape for aging populations it is imperative that LiveWell continues developing its processes as well as cultivating relationships within the community. Andrew leads the charge on updating exercise recommendations through continued research and learning.

Andrew believes his undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology and graduate degree in Gerontology are the perfect combination for progressing the health of this population. A complete understanding of the aging process and much of the exercise prescription that goes with it allows our members to live happier and healthier no matter what chronic condition they are living with.

Those who work in the field of senior care must embody empathy, passion, patience and integrity which Andrew believes was instilled in him at an early age by his family. Andrew aspires to continue pushing this movement forward and ensuring exercise is on the care plan of every individual over the age of 65 in the future.

A native to Chicago, Illinois, Olivia earned her Exercise Science Degree at Illinois State University. In her free time, Olivia enjoys the Armchair Expert Umbrella podcast, Greenlights by Matthew McConaughey and Verity by Colleen Hoover.

The desire for warmer eather guided Olivia’s decision to move to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina after being selected for an internship at an award-winning health resort, serving as a Fitness Associate where she facilitated group and individual fitness programs for a population with diverse needs. After living on Hilton Head Island for nearly four years, she made the decision to relocate to Bonita Springs, Florida for new opportunities within the industry.

At LiveWell Health, Olivia is responsible for the conception, execution and iteration of wellness programs for senior clients. She is focused on establishing and building relationships with individuals and believes that it is vital to achieving success. She finds great passion knowing she is contributing to individuals creating and maintaining a positive relationship with movement and activities that they once loved, with the goal of living richer, healthier, and longer lives. LiveWell Health offers Olivia the chance to live out that purpose, while fostering an environment for her to learn and evolve professionally and personally—through herself and others—which is what she loves about life at LiveWell Health.

Olivia believes that the key things to a healthy lifestyle aregreat relationships with family and friends, providing positive energy to everyone around her (your vibe attracts your tribe!) and to not stress about the little things. Living out these values every day is what drives her purpose of supporting individuals with the tools required to achieve fitness goals and sustainable health themselves.

When not at work, you will find Olivia exploring new places at the beach playing volleyball or kayaking, playing with animals, spending time with her large, loud, Italian family, laughing and making memories with her friends! Four years ago, Olivia adopted the CrossFit lifestyle, which is how she stays healthy and has led her to many great friends!

Matthew gains valuable insights about life in general by listening to the Healthy, Wealthy and Smart podcast hosted by Dr. Karen Litzy. He also finds himself in “The Fitness Mindset” , a novel by Briane Keane ever so often.
A Florida native, Matthew was born in Lakeland Florida, but spent much of his youth and early adulthood in Miami. Although Matthew is the oldest of 10, he was often picked on for being ‘too skinny’. Funny enough, this is where his love for health and wellness began. In an attempt to gain muscle mass to end the ridicule, Matthew began to dive deeply into the process, the sciences and the overall effect exercise had on one’s well-being.

Matthew served in the US Navy for five years, becoming the Command Fitness Leader. He led the training of Marines and Sailors in a group fitness setting, with the goal of increasing muscle while reducing body fat percentage. After Matthew’s Honorable discharge on May 7th, 2017, he continued his love and passion by pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine from Keiser University. Matthew’s career began as a personal trainer at various fitness centers throughout southwest Florida. Unfortunately, the COVID pandemic hampered Matthew’s ability to continue his passion, he transitioned towards helping children. Prior to his time at LiveWell Health Matthew was a Registered Behavior Technician, specializing in children who were on the Autism spectrum. Though Matthew loved his responsibilities as an RBT, he was constantly fighting his passion to get back into health and wellness. Matthew’s medical based fitness knowledge and experience led him back into the health and wellness world as a Wellness Specialist with LiveWell Health. Matthew finds the human movement particularly interesting. He believes movement through various planes, and actions coordinated by the brain demonstrate the body’s unique ability.

Outside of work Matthew attends music festivals because he believes music is a fantastic recharge for both mind and body. He enjoys boxing, calisthenic & functional training. In his free time, he loves to spend time with family and find ways to elevate his own happiness.
