strength, stability and balance testing

At LiveWell Health we specialize in helping individuals age successfully, no matter their starting point. We believe our focus has allowed us to become a leader in health and wellness across the lifespan. Successful Aging is for those who may be living with a chronic condition that presents limitations. Our exercise professionals meet individuals from the comfort of their own homes to meet their specific needs.

Individuals who wish to remain independent, whether that means they are residing within a private residence or at a local senior living community.

Active individuals who would like to improve their ability in activities such as golf, tennis, pickleball and so much more.

Families who are looking out for a loved one. In many cases sons or daughters have pushed Mom or Dad to exercise without any luck. Oftentimes a third party is all it takes to start the process.

Those who have recently completed physical therapy and would like to continue the progress made.

Individuals who are living with chronic pain that can be relieved with proper exercise programming.

Both exercise and therapy help individuals to live happier, healthier lives. Many individuals wish to age in place, but are unaware a decline in health is the greatest deterrent of that goal. Our programs help to reduce symptoms of chronic conditions, improve strength, balance and posture, and regulate various health metrics.
