RMR and biological age

The resting metabolic rate (RMR) and biological age test are resting tests that allow us to understand various biometrics pertaining to overall health. The RMR test is 10-minute resting, fasted test that provides insight into cellular, lung, heart health.

PACKAGES & BENEFITS

We begin with a resting (RMR) and active (VO  max) in order to understand energy needs, and biological age with lab-grade accuracy. Following the tests, you connect with a dedicated metabolic expert and delivers a goal-specific consultation. You'll then receive personalized programs based on your biological limitations.
