Our case study here provides an example of a woman choosing to take a proactive approach towards the future. She has always been an avid exerciser, however her approach was different than what was implemented with the LiveWell team.
In previous years of exercise, she used amounted countless of miles running in order to shed weight here and there. With some success, she wanted to try another way. After all, the best way to lose weight is to build lean muscle mass.
Over the course of the program this individual not only lost a great percentage of body fat, but also added lean muscle. Her husband says, “her figure almost mimics what it was when she was 25 years-old. We forgot to mention, she will turn 53 years-YOUNG later this year.
When asked what her biggest motivation was, she says, “my family, I have a grandbaby now, another on the way, and more to come in the future. I want to be here for them, as well as spend the rest of my time with my loving husband”.
