Our unique wellness-first approach alters the current offering within senior living. On-site wellness programs improve quality of life, increase length of stay and promote healthier, happier lives among residents. 

Function Based Groupings

Following functional and frailty review each resident will be placed into a group based on their current health status. Our team will then adapt functional wellness programming to fit the needs of particular groups. 

The residents will be split into various groups, up to 10 per community, based on occupancy. Each group will meet twice per week for instructor led exercise classes. The instructor will tailor the class to meet the functional ability and needs of all individuals present. 

General Wellness

Individual Consultation

The residents will also have access to the on-site fitness instructor should they have any individual needs. 

This may be a time in which residents would like to schedule a personal training session, ask a simple question about exercise, or have any technology issues addressed. 

Individual consultations are by appointment only. 

The Change Senior Living Needs

Our unique offering allows us to greatly impact the overall health and well-being of individual residents. Many senior living communities offer a slew of fitness programs designed at pleasing everyone. Unfortunately, there is not a one-size fits all exercise program for seniors. Each resident is living within their own functional ability. We do not believe the current offerings in regard to health and well-being within senior living are suffice to make an impact on the lives of senior living residents. 

 

Our function based programming allows for those improvement at all levels. Through our group offering we allow for individuals to progress in a more efficient manner. Those who are able to go above and beyond should be performing challenging exercises, while those who may be struggling should exercise within their ability while also promoting progress.

The addition of wearable fitness technology and health promotion subscription provides the ability to motivate residents, thus eliciting change in their daily habits. The combination of sleep tracking, step count, and various challenges created by our team will have residents determined to take their health into their own hands.
