Our case study here is a great example of maintaining, and even incurring strength gains at an older age. The client in this case was a 91-year old gentleman who has battled recurring back pain since her service in the Vietnam War. Year after year he underwent epidurals, pain management, and was unable to continue with activities he enjoyed.
