With the change of current health and safety practices, the safest thing for vulnerable populations is to remain in their homes. That being said, one of the most effective methods for ensuring one ages successfully in their home is the use of an at home exercise program.
Free At-Home Exercise Programs
Starting on Monday, May 4th we will be releasing weekly at home exercise programs designed specifically for the aging population. We will include two variations of the, an advanced program, as well as a modified program.
We are working in collaboration with our preferred exercise platform Telehab. Through the use of Telehab individuals will have the exercise session at their fingertips. Telehab includes written, video and audio descriptions of each exercise. As well as an option to have your session video recorded for review by the LiveWell team. This service will continue throughout the year, with the hopes of remaining a lifelong service.
If that wasn’t enough, a member of our team will also be completing each exercise session and uploading the file to our YouTube channel. If you, or someone you love wishes to follow along through video they will do so with the link to our channel. Our video will complete the exercise session, incorporate music, and provide helpful tips to improve exercise performance.
