This is a great example of defying one’s age. Our client, an 88-year old gentleman who regularly uses a walker for ambulation gained a great deal of strength. Many of the exercises implemented in this program were brand new to the client, as they did not exercise in their early adult years.
“I can see the muscle in my legs, I’ve never had that before”
The client was more than astonished with the improvements made during the program. Although the client was not able to fully transition from walker to cane (for safety concern), he was far more confident and fatigued less at the conclusion of the program.
