VO  Max

At LiveWell Health, we measure VOâ‚‚ max using state-of-the-art equipment in a controlled setting. The test involves wearing a mask while performing a gradually increasing exercise (such as walking or running on a treadmill). This allows us to analyze your oxygen intake, carbon dioxide output, and heart rate to determine your VOâ‚‚ max accurately.

RMR & Biological Age

Biological age refers to the condition of your body’s cells, tissues, and systems, compared to the average population of the same chronological age. Unlike chronological age, which counts the number of years since your birth, biological age reflects how well or poorly your body is functioning relative to those years.

"I have known Andrew for a short period of time and work with him three times a week. I am 89 years old and I am very pleased with progress being made this early in the process. He has a detailed program ready for each session and explains the reason for each session and movement. He is professional, patient, and persistent. I would recommend him to all."
