Functional fitness refers to the use of fitness modalities that help to transfer into everyday life. That is, our programs utilize movements, and incorporate strength and flexibility principles that make everyday life easier for you or your loved one.
Most individuals, on an everyday basis, complete at a minimum, two movements. A simple stand from a sitting position and lifting from the floor. However, with aging these movements become more challenging. Our programs address movements that occur most frequently throughout the day making them easier, more efficient, and safer.
